  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup white granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Method
 

  1. Combine both brown sugar and white sugar in a medium bowl, breaking up any lumps with your fingers.
  2. Add paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and chili powder to the bowl.
  3. Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly until completely combined and no streaks remain.
