- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared dish, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to lock in the juices.
