- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice, salt, and garlic powder until desired consistency is reached. Set aside.
- Spread the refried beans evenly across the bottom of your serving dish, creating the first layer.
- In a small bowl, mix the taco seasoning with the sour cream until well combined. Carefully spread this mixture over the bean layer.
- Gently spread the prepared guacamole as your third layer, being careful not to mix with the sour cream layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the guacamole layer.
- Add a layer of diced tomatoes, distributing them evenly.
- Sprinkle the sliced black olives across the top.
- Finish with a layer of chopped green onions.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld together.
- Serve with tortilla chips and watch it disappear!
