- Bring 4 cups of water to a gentle boil in a kettle or saucepan.
- Place 4 tablespoons of coarse-ground coffee into a Vietnamese phin filter (or drip brewer). Pour a small amount of hot water to let the grounds swell for 30 seconds before adding the rest.
- Let the coffee drip slowly—this takes about 4–5 minutes for maximum aroma.
- Once brewed, stir in 4 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk until fully dissolved.
- Fill tall glasses with ice cubes, then pour the sweetened coffee over the ice.
- Serve immediately and stir before drinking for a smooth, chilled treat.
