Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

Method
 

  1. For Mexican Corn Drizzle: In a bowl, stir together ⅓ cup mayo, chipotle, lime juice, and corn kernels until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and a little extra lime juice if needed.
  2. For Korean Sweet & Tangy BBQ Drizzle: Whisk ½ cup mayo with gochujang, doenjang, and soy sauce until a silky, spreadable sauce forms.
  3. For Thai Sweet Chili Drizzle: Blend ½ cup mayo (or more to taste) with sriracha, sesame oil, and grated ginger until uniform and creamy.
  4. Transfer each sauce into squeeze bottles or small jars. Chill at least 15 minutes to let flavors meld before serving.
