Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil

Method
 

  1. Lightly toast the paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds. Stir continuously to release their aromatic flavors without burning.
  2. Transfer the toasted spices to a mixing bowl, then add the salt, cayenne pepper, white pepper, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and basil. Whisk all the ingredients together until evenly blended.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool completely if heated, then store it in an airtight container at room temperature. This blend will keep its vibrant flavor for up to one year.
