Easy, Excellent Baked Flounder

Butter, white wine, and seasoned bread crumbs are used to flavor these flounder fillets, which are baked on aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 flounder fillets about 6 oz each, patted dry
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 °F (165 °C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the flounder fillets on the prepared sheet. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter and white wine. Brush evenly over each fillet.
  4. Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, and parsley in another bowl. Sprinkle mixture over fillets to form a crispy crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve & Enjoy: Transfer to plates, garnish with extra parsley, and serve alongside steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
