- Preheat the oven to 325 °F (165 °C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
- Arrange the flounder fillets on the prepared sheet. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter and white wine. Brush evenly over each fillet.
- Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, and parsley in another bowl. Sprinkle mixture over fillets to form a crispy crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve & Enjoy: Transfer to plates, garnish with extra parsley, and serve alongside steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
