- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch oven-proof skillet or a 7×11″ baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped bacon, ensuring even distribution.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish or skillet. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the frittata rest 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley if desired.
