  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels; season lightly with salt.
