  • cup rolled oats
  • cup milk
  • cup Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  2. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir the mixture. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Top with fresh berries, nuts, seeds, or a dollop of nut butter for extra flavor and texture.
