Method
- In a large saucepan, bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat, add 6 tea bags, cover, and steep for 1 hour.
- Stir in ½ cup of granulated sugar until fully dissolved while the tea is still warm.
- Discard tea bags, pour in lemon juice, then let the tea cool to room temperature.
- Transfer to a pitcher, refrigerate until cold, then serve over ice with lemon slices and mint.
