- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise until well combined.
- Add mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, and onion. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Mix until everything is evenly distributed. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh veggies.
