Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 6 ounces fresh spinach roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise until well combined.
  3. Add mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, and onion. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  4. Mix until everything is evenly distributed. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot with toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh veggies.
