Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Combine the oats, ground flaxseed, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract; stir until fully combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips for a sweet surprise in every bite.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Use a tablespoon or small scoop to portion and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  6. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and chill for an additional 15 minutes.
