- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Pour in water; stir in chicken bouillon and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese before serving to create a creamy texture.
